St. Edward's University Professional Education Center will work with you to identify the most effective learning program that will help you accomplish your organization's vision, goals and business objectives.
We will help you identify the key competencies in which your organization needs to be trained. We will then work with you to design the appropriate curriculum and choose the correct delivery medium. Our experienced team will use our disciplined training development process, to either repurpose an existing course or design a new course just for you.
St. Edward's has a proven track record of developing and delivering both technical and non-technical training using multiple delivery methods that are specifically selected to meet the needs of the learner.
Instructor-led training
- When demonstrated competencies, skills and knowledge are important to you, the St. Edward's Professional Education Center Team can develop the instructor-led training which will build in skill testing required to demonstrate a learner's ability.
Web -based training
- Use our library of content to deliver training for students to access anywhere, anytime and at any pace via the world-wide-web.
- Our team of development professionals use the latest development software to create visually stimulating and content rich programs.
- We incorporate graphics, photos, streaming video and audio narration to deliver and produce your self-contained on-line course.
Job Aids and Artifacts
- We develop and produce on-site support documentation to facilitate specialized or complex on-the-job tasks in multiple formats.
- We analyze complex pro tasks and then develop a step-by-step set of instructions.
- We review these instructions with experts who already perform the task.
- These instructions, called job aids, are then posted near the location where the task is performed.
Utilize our team of experts to determine your employees' current knowledge base, and compare it to the skill sets they will need to support your new technology and business processes. We will create an Organizational Readiness Review report by conducting departmental and project assessment interviews and analyzing individual learning styles. Once we determine a baseline measurement, our Training and Development Team customizes a solution specific to your needs.
Once your training solution is complete and agreed upon , we'll assist in implementing the solution through the communication strategy that was defined during the 'envisioning' phase of our process.
During the final phase of our process, we review and refine your solution, troubleshoot issues, and document repetitive processes. We help you define and document all the lessons learned, define the return on your investment and work on establishing a cost effective, repeatable process.
