Voucher Terms and Conditions

Training Voucher Agreement Terms

Corporate Training Vouchers are good for one day of class training. Multiple day classes require the use of one voucher per day. i.e. A two day class would use two vouchers; a three day class would use three vouchers.
Training Vouchers expire one (1) year from invoice date.
There are two types of Corporate Training Vouchers, Technical Training Vouchers and Professional Development Training Vouchers. Technical Training Vouchers can be redeemed for Technical Training Courses (e.g. Microsoft Classes, J2EE, Evening IT, CompTia classes.
Professional Development Vouchers can be redeemed for Management Development Training, Project Management Courses and Premium Information Security Courses. A detail list of each class type can be found in our Learning Catalog.
Training Vouchers are transferable and may be used by any other person or company.
Class registration confirmation will be verified verbally at time of enrollment. Students will receive a written reminder via letter or e-mail if time permits. Students that do not receive a written notification should call the site location or their Account Manager to confirm enrollment.
The number of students per class is limited. Students will be registered for classes on a first-come, first serve basis. We urge students to register for classes as soon as possible. Registration information can be found on our website @ http://www.pec.stedwards.edu
If a class is full, students will be placed on the wait list. If space becomes available the student will be removed from the wait list and notified of enrollment confirmation.
Please arrive 30 minutes prior to class start time to ensure proper check-in and seating. Students arriving more than 15 minutes late may lose their class seat. If a student anticipates being late, please call and notify the receptionist. A student's seat will be held up to 30 minutes from the start of class, if a call is received prior to the start of class. Students that are more than more than 30 minutes late will not be admitted into class.
Virtual Vouchers . St. Edwards handles registration and voucher use so that physical vouchers are unnecessary. You will be able to log in to your account and always see your usage and remaining balance. However, physical paper vouchers are available upon request. Physical paper vouchers are the responsibility of the customer. If a customer chooses to use physical vouchers, all students must bring a voucher to the class for which they are attending or they will not be admitted.
Cancellation Policy. Students that cannot attend a class for which they hold a reservation must notify St. Edward's as follows:
1. Technical Training Voucher Classes must be cancelled no later than ten (10) business days prior to the start of the class. The Technical Training Voucher cost will be billed if cancellation is not received as outlined above.
2. Professional Development Voucher Classes must cancel no later than fifteen (15) business days prior to the start of the class. The full Technical Training Voucher cost will be billed if cancellation is not received as outlined above.
St. Edward's reserves the right to cancel classes at any time.
There will be NO REFUNDS issued for pre-paid Vouchers which are unused at the end of the year. Customer may extend the voucher expiration fee for 90 days for $ 395.
